Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Support Executive role located in Colombo. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, rate quotations, customer follow up and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Executive will also be responsible for providing technical support and online support to customers.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Prior sales support will be an added advantage
- Experience providing technical support and online support
- Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle difficult situations
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Fluency in English and Sinhala; proficiency in Tamil is a plus
